TrusSteel, an ITW Company, Acquires DynatrussHaines City, FL – March 26, 2009
TrusSteel, A Division of ITW Building Components Group Inc., announced today that it has acquired the assets of Dynatruss, a leading supplier of cold-formed steel truss products. TrusSteel will maintain the DynatrussTM brand name and operate it as a subsidiary of TrusSteel. The DynatrussTM system will continue to be manufactured at the facilities of Allied Tube & Conduit, Inc., located in Phoenix, AZ and Harvey, IL.
"The DynatrussTM product line and experienced Dynatruss fabricators will allow us to provide a broader range of component products and services to the structural framing industry," said Dave Dunbar, general manager of TrusSteel.
